Who We Are
The Live Fully program is directed by Marianne Keller, a Master’s Level Social Worker. She has worked in the Kentuckiana area for over forty years. Her career experiences include mental health, home health, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and skilled rehabilitation. During her career, Marianne has developed an extensive network of community partners providing senior health, living, and emotional well-being. Marianne is enthusiastic about her role in helping clients navigate senior living and the complicated healthcare system.

The services offered include placement assistance and ensuring a smooth transition between levels of care. Advocating by communicating with our client’s healthcare providers, companion staff and support systems. We use our expertise to translate complicated health information to the families and caregivers. We provide resources and service connections, so our clients can stay in their own homes and minimize crisis. Clients experience peace of mind knowing a seasoned professional advocate is available to help them navigate complicated health insurance issues. We see each of our clients monthly to assess the need for additional resources, gauge progress and evaluate the care plan. Utilizing our services minimizes family and caregiver stress.

We refer our clients to Realtors that specialize in senior population and downsizing.
Health Insurance Provision
We provide resources for clients dealing with their senior health insurance questions and concerns.
Caregiver Coordination
Our team provides coordination for in home services and linking clients up with needed resources that include private duty nurses, caregivers and companion services.
Moving Coordination
Our team offers coordination of services when a client is moving to a new community or home that includes, but not limited to a professional organizer, selling of property and moving and setting up a new home.
Monthly Visits
We ensure monthly visits to monitor for needed community resources.
